CloudCMD is a desktop app with a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. This policy explains how trials, refunds, and cancellations work.
CloudCMD offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, so you can fully evaluate Pro before paying.
If you're not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 7 days of your first Pro purchase (monthly or annual). To request one, email help@cloudcmd.com from the address on your account. Refunds apply to first-time purchases only.
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (Settings → Billing in the app, or the link in your welcome email). When you cancel, you keep full Pro access until the end of your current billing period; we don't charge cancellation fees and don't pro-rate partial periods after the 7-day window.
Your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data is retained — nothing is deleted — though Free-plan limits (1 cloud account, up to 20 servers) apply going forward.
